O'level: 5 O'level credits to include English Language, Geography and any 3 of Building Construction, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Economics, Agric. Science, Fine Arts and Government obtained at not more than two sittings. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD): The candidate must be a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University with at least a Third Class degree in Geography and Meteorology or in related cognate disciplines or a minimum of Upper Credit in the Higher National Diploma, HND, Geography or in other related Environmental Sciences from a recognized Institution. Master's Degree (MSc): The candidate must have a first degree in Geography or Environmental Management or other related Environmental Science disciplines with an FCGPA of not less than 3.0 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University. A candidate with a Postgraduate Diploma in Geography or Environmental Management with an FCGPA of not less than 3.50 may also be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirements are satisfied. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree: A candidate who holds a master's degree in Geography or Environmental Management with an FCGPA not less than 3.50 on a 5 Point Scale or an average of 60%, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University may be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirement is satisfied.
