O'level: 5 O'level credits to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other 2 subjects from Chemistry, Geography, Economics, Biology, Fine Arts, Technical Drawing, Building Construction, Land Surveying and Agric. Science obtained at not more than two sittings.
Postgraduate Diploma (PGD): The candidate must be a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University with at least a Third Class degree or a minimum of Upper Credit in the Higher National Diploma, HND, from a recognized Institution.
Master's Degree (MSc): The candidate must have a first degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management and Surveying with an FCGPA of not less than 3.0 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University. A candidate with a Postgraduate Diploma in construction management with an FCGPA of not less than 3.50 may also be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirements are satisfied.
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree: A candidate who holds a master's degree in a relevant discipline with an FCGPA not less than 3.50 on a 5 Point Scale or an average of 60%, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University may be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirement is satisfied.
