Estate Management

O'level: 5 O'level credits to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other 2 subjects from Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Economics, Biology, Fine Arts, Technical Drawing, Building Construction, Land Surveying, Book-Keeping or Financial Accounting and Agric. Science obtained at not more than two sittings. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD): The candidate must be a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University with at least a Third Class degree in related discipline or a minimum of Upper Credit in the Higher National Diploma, HND, in Estate Management from a recognized Institution. Master's Degree (MSc): The candidate must have a first degree in Estate Management or Facilities Management or Project Management with an FCGPA of not less than 3.0 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University. A candidate with a Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management with an FCGPA of not less than 3.50 may also be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirements are satisfied. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree: A candidate who holds a master's degree in Estate Management with an FCGPA not less than 3.50 on a 5 Point Scale or an average of 60%, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University may be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirement is satisfied.
